Baupal Park Farm creates a vast range of products utilising produce grown on the farm.
As a professionally trained Pastry Chef, Kate takes great pride in her baked goods, all with nuts from her beautiful 40-acre farm in Chatsworth, north of Gympie. All Baupal Park Farm products are made by hand, which is a true paddock to plate experience, made on the farm, by the farmer – who also happens to be a pastry chef!
Currently the farm runs a market stall at a few markets, please see our market calendar. You can find Kate there with her infamous ‘Macadamia Banana Bread’ and bespoke Artisan Macadamia Shortbread Biscuits.
With COVID-19 presenting unprecedented challenges for most businesses, but in particular, small producers we wish to assure all of our customers that every care is taken with all of our products adhering to strict hygiene guidelines.
With this in mind, the farm is offering a home delivery service out to 75km from farm. Orders must be placed online, paid online then delivery will follow every Saturday between midday and 5pm. Freshly baked delicious goods direct to your door!

FRESHLY BAKED
BISCUITS
A true classic recipe straight from Kates days as a pastry chef in UK. This recipe is superb, and sales sell out every week at local markets. A pure butter shortbread blended with roasted ground macadamia nuts.
DELICIOUS
FUDGE
Fudge by Kate at Baupal Park Farm is exquisite. Pure butter, cream and nut butter flavoured. Rich and melt on the tongue textured. This is real fudge, how it should taste, not loaded with extra fancy flavours. Pure ingredients cooked to perfection – by hand! We do two main types; one plain with roasted nuts on top, the other with a little extra decadence – drizzled with dark chocolate. Both are available through stockists or online through farm shop.

This is our signature product. Made from 100% roasted macadamia nuts, and a pinch of salt. The true name for Macadamia is Baupal as it’s a native nut so has a truly Indigenous name. It’s delicious and extremely popular with our local markets. Now available online through our farm shop site.

NUTS
BAUPAL PARK FARM COOKING SAUCES, PASTES AND CHUTNEYS
This is a pure roasted macadamia butter, lightly seasoned with salt. Nothing else. Simply heavenly. This is the farms signature product with over 1000 jars sold to date. Best on toast but try and stop at one teaspoon!
Baupal Bharta (V) (VG)
A beautiful blend of Capsicum, Onion, Chilli, Tomato and Macadamia. Classically an Indian side dish served with rice and breads, it is easily adapted into a smooth cooking sauce. Puree into a smooth paste in a blender, then temper the heat to your liking, with either natural yoghurt or sour cream. Paste over your favourite meats then slow bake to perfection, just like a tandoori paste.
A classical Indonesian recipe (developed in collaboration with fellow Macadamia farmers), with the inclusion of only macadamia nuts for the richness it deserves. Sweet, savoury, crunchy notes will dance on your tongue. Coat your favourite meats or seafood and bake or grill to perfection. No marinating required. Serve with steamed rice or vegetables. Good with cauliflower and tofu as well.
Baupal Butterscotch Sauce (V)
The ultimate dessert sauce laced with nibbed macadamia. Eat it on its own straight from the jar and don’t blame me for your upcoming addiction. Served on ice cream, banana splits, or melted into a sponge for a self-sauced pudding. Even mixed into brandy for a very naughty coffee, topped with some whipped cream!! Totally amazing. Just do it.
Baupal Baba Ghanoosh (V) (VG)
This invention from the farm is 100% vegan so a super healthy dip, sauce or condiment. Made from organic Aubergine (Eggplant), garlic, salt and spices, the vegetables are enhanced beautifully with the roasted macadamia nuts at 60% by volume. Ideal for platters, crudites, and as a base for grilled sandwiches. Snack away!
Chilli Paste (V) (VG)
Exactly what it says on the tin! At the farm we grow an amazing selection of organic chili and blend them into powders, pastes and sauces so you don’t have to! Currently supplying Cayenne, Birds Eye and Habanero chili pastes. Add to some hot oil and spice up your curry base with garlic, lemongrass, and coconut cream.
Spicy Roma Passata
Organic tomatoes grown on the farm with everything included. Cooked with a hint of chili and beefed up with some bacon salt for added richness. That’s it. Perfect sauce for a Bolognese, Ragu, or baked vegetables. Add to fresh pasta for a real wow.
Jalapeno Hot Sauce (V) (VG)
More flavour than heat. A rich tomato base sauce with a touch of sweetness, chili, onion, and jalapeno for extra crunch. Perfect on T Bone steaks, morning fried eggs and don’t forget the NACHOS!
Jalapeno Pickles (V) (VG)
Organic. Picked and preserved the same day! Crunchy with some kick and perfect for a Burger or a Nachos plate.
The ultimate cheese on toast topper. (Yes) it’s a hot one, but the lime zest will bring out true fruity Ghost flavour. Once again, an organic vegetable base straight from the farm. Use it sparingly with respect and try it with smashed avo and feta! Its absolutely mouth awakening.
Baupal Park Farm is Certified Organic ( #12985) and prides itself on a truly sustainable process of food production.
All our nuts are treated like royalty on the farm. From flowering in August /September through to harvesting in March to June/July the process is one of care and attention all the way to the silos.
We do sell our cracked nuts wholesale to a select few lucky purchasers, but only once they are ready to be cracked, so the process is not rushed to ensure nuts are dried and perfect to eat. Prices for supply are by application to the farm directly. Minimum orders 10kg, but maximum at 30kg per order, with 4 weeks between orders. This ensures the nuts are cracked to order and are super fresh. Nuts in the shells are available upon request. Please call Baupal Park Farm office for more details.
BAKED GOODS
MACADAMIA SHORTBREAD BISCUITS
Handmade with real butter, the way it should be. Originally a recipe from Kate’s Chef de Patisserie days in London, these biscuits are fantastic.
Special mixed trays of 30 shortbreads are available for Xmas orders only with a variety of; Vanilla, Ginger, Dark Chocolate, Lemon Myrtle and White Chocolate with Orange.
MACADAMIA BANANA BREAD
Handmade fresh each week for the markets, these loaves average at 600g and sell out fast. A real health loaf with four proteins, (egg, milk, nut and banana) and only 33g raw sugar per loaf and packed with macadamia nuts.
MACADAMIA CARAMEL TARTLETS
Handmade deliciousness once again. These beautiful individual tarts are perfect for a dinner party dessert or a very naughty snack on their own. Butter shortcrust filled with a rich caramel and macadamia filling, then baked till golden.
CHRISTMAS HAMPERS
The farm kitchen launched its bespoke gourmet Macadamia Hampers in 2020. They were very successful. They are also available for corporate orders, opening on 1st November and closing on 1 December with a limited number only available . Get your order in early to avoid disappointment. You can also see hampers on sale through the market stall each week in December. Check the events page for details of where to find us.
Each hamper will contain a selection of hand made macadamia products including, mixed shortbreads, roasted salted nuts, macadamia butter, macadamia chocolate spread and more. Pricing will start from $65 plus postage and packing.
